“Our band got a last minute call on Thursday night to do a small private party on Saturday night. We did the recent software update, then used our iPad to transfer some “new files” to our BBP’s. For some reason….after attempting to add the files, we LOST ALL our files. I reached out to BLACK BOX Prompter and got a personal phone call from Todd. Between Todd and Tory, they were able to help me recover my files!!
