Ordered one of the units. Received it, and got it set up in a few minutes with the set lists and music from an upcoming show. Took less than 30 minutes to get it up and running, and when I have called for some help it's been awesome.

Our drummer now yells at me when I'm not keeping the page on the prompter up with the location in the song...

There's so much in the software that I have yet to use. A very capable box with great support - perfect.

ok this Blackbox packs a punch. Ive used it at several gigs now. Its been a lifesaver. No more staring into an ipad. Eventually just want to use it as a refresher or a reminder. The features on this box are AMAZING. Get one. You wont regret it

I'm a guitar player. I need both hands ALL THE TIME. No matter how I tried practicing with and adjusting auto-scroll features on various devices, apps and systems, I could not avoid interrupting my playing groove to mess with the auto-scroll feature. Very frustrating. Black Box eliminated all that. Now, I simply play to the end of a page and push a button on the floor with my foot. I played 2 gigs last week; each 3 hours long. Absolutely love it! The support is amazing. Whenever I had questions about setup or use, I called and got immediate help. That's unheard of. Thanks again, Black Box...You guys ROCK!

I went for the typical iPad on the floor on stage to the Black Box Prompter and could not be happier with my purchase. I can see the lyrics much clearer due to the much larger screen, it looks like music equipment so I am no longer worried about the audience seeing my iPad on stage. Its so much easier to use and load songs into, and I don't have to make sure its charged before each gig.
I highly recommend the Black Box to anyone who is looking for a different option to the iPad on a stand!!
