“Our band got a last minute call on Thursday night to do a small private party on Saturday night. We did the recent software update, then used our iPad to transfer some “new files” to our BBP’s. For some reason….after attempting to add the files, we LOST ALL our files. I reached out to BLACK BOX Prompter and got a personal phone call from Todd. Between Todd and Tory, they were able to help me recover my files!!

I am quite pleased with my BlackBox Prompter Go! From opening the box, getting everything out and setting up the internet, etc., it took me about 10 - 15 minutes. The questions I had concerning the proper set up for the stand and copying songs were completely and patiently answered!!
My next show is going to be AWESOME!! Thank you BlackBox Prompter for such an incredible product. It's going to take my performances to a new level and I will be spreading the word!!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the product and the owners. I purchased the Black Box Echo Pro prompter knowing that it might not work with the app I was currently using (Jamzone). If necessary, I knew I could use it with the OnSong app. I contacted customer service and to my surprise, I spoke with one of the actual owners. Over the next couple of weeks, I was personally assisted by both owners with finding the best solution to suit my needs. Unbelievably superior customer service. Outstanding product.
First off I like to think Todd and Tory for their amazing product in their fine support and attention to detail. My Blackbox prompter Has been a great addition to the performances of my band on stage. I believe it’s very important you look professional on stage and having an iPad in your face is not a nice look. My prompter gives me an appearance of what I used to be able to do when I was younger , to remember songs in With lengthy lyrics. Some of the unique features with the prompter is also a benefit to be able to color code your verse, your Bridge, your chorus is very helpful when you walk away from the prompter and find your way back. into the song. The prompter is made very well. They use high-quality material, I can’t say enough about the foot switch, I think you could drop at eight stories and it still would work tough stuff. An in addition to one of the most important things in today’s world which we have very little of, when you need help support, you get to talk to a real person, these two guys are 24 /7. Their support their knowledge of their product is outstanding. Computers came later on in life for me, and there was a learning curve, they patiently took the time to explain to me what I needed to know to find my way through the software in the product itself, I want to thank both Todd and Tory. They have a tremendous company and And I’m a customer for life.

Im a Blues musician from Vienna Austria 🇦🇹 and for a long time i was looking for a prompter that would sync with my iPad. I even tried to build my own which didn’t come out as good as I wanted. As Blackbox and OnSong presented the OnSong Prompteri I thought that should work for me, but finally I decided the Prompter to Go Bundle is more convenient for my needs. Right now im here in Florida to visit my family and i will take the promter with me to Austria 🇦🇹 and hopefully it will work for me. I’ll let you know by the end of the year when I played a few shows.

Accessories pouch is big enough for foot switch but not the keyboard. A little tight to put on due to angles of the box but should loosen with use.
Our first show with the Black Box Go was a Success.. . Even with a song or two thrown in I was able to move through the Menues ,pick a song, and carry on. The learning process in the beginning was a little trying But, with rhe help of the Black Box crew we were on our way.. Thank you again guys!!! We will keep you posted on up coming shows and if any issues...

Works great. Heavy duty. No hitting the wrong pedal. Sturdy.
I was initially concerned, as it would scroll through menus and pages at rapid fire speed. I then noticed the buttons have two levels of depression. The first half of the depressed button is a single click and if you hold it down or press it all the way down, it may fly through pages or songs at mach speed. Making a set list, by hand pressing them lightly, was error free. However, using a foot to do this may be a different story during a show. We'll see. I'm sure with enough time, this function will actually be appreciated. It is much more rugged than the former plastic one and this aspect is certainly an upgrade. We'll see how it does with beer slung on it at the next fraternity event.
Started using the new metal pedal. The feel and accuracy is much better than the original plastic pedal. By accuracy I mean you don't have to be so careful on stage to not hit the wrong button and mess up the lyric progression. I have fat feet so the new pedal is MUCH easier to use without having to look at it when you click on it. Well worth the extra cash.
