Return Policy

At Black Box Musician Technologies, our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them (subject to the rules and policies set forth below), and we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges), whichever you prefer.

Please note: The 30-day return policy applies only to purchases made and shipped within the United States and Canada.

For orders shipped outside of the United States and Canada, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective item, we will provide replacement parts in accordance with our warranty policy. Please refer to our warranty page for full details:

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing materials (including the original packing foam fully intact to properly protect the item), manuals, and accessories.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Black Box Musician Technologies reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15% at our sole discretion.

Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same payment method that the purchase was made. If it was paid by check, the refund will only be made by check after 14 business days have elapsed from the date of purchase.

Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged/missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

To file a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), call 972-426-9470 or contact us at https://blackboxprompter.com/contact. No returns will be accepted without an RMA #.
