Thank you for purchasing a Black Box Musician Technologies product. We are committed to providing you with a high-quality product and excellent service. Please read the details of your warranty below:
Coverage
This warranty covers the product for a period of **one (1) year** from the original date of purchase. It includes:
– Parts and Labor: We will repair or replace any parts that are defective in material or workmanship, free of charge, during the warranty period.
– Remote Troubleshooting: If you encounter any issues with your BLACK BOX Prompter, our customer support team will provide remote assistance to diagnose and resolve the problem.
– Polycarbonate Shield Replacement Guarantee on Prompters and Echos: If the polycarbonate shield on your BLACK BOX Prompter or Echo becomes scratched or damaged, we will replace it during the warranty period (shipping not included), with instructions on how to remove the old one and replace it with the new one (labor not included on shield replacement)
– Prompter / Echo Replacement Guarantee: If we are unable to resolve your Prompter or Echo issue remotely, we will replace your BLACK BOX Prompter (or Echo) with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
Note: If product is defective and cannot be repaired remotely, shipping costs associated with returning the defective unit to us and receiving the replacement unit are covered by this warranty.
How to Extend Your Warranty
You can extend your warranty coverage to **three (3) years** by registering your product within 30 days of purchase. Simply visit http://blackboxprompter.com/register) and complete the registration process. Extended coverage includes all benefits provided under the standard one-year warranty.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
– Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
– Normal wear and tear.
– Damage caused by accidents, acts of nature, or improper storage.
– Any accessories or consumables that may accompany the BLACK BOX Prompter.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Proof of purchase (confirmation email, receipt, or invoice).
2. A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.

Limitations of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy provided by BLACK BOX Prompter. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as described above, and we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
